Rustic Ridge Retreat was born from a simple idea: create a place where families can truly unplug, reconnect, and experience the beauty of the Ozarks without sacrificing comfort.

I’m Bobby Hoffmann — entrepreneur, real estate developer, outdoor enthusiast, husband, and dad. While my professional career has been rooted in marketing and business development, my passion has always been building something meaningful — something lasting.

That passion led our family into outdoor hospitality.

From Vision to Rustic Ridge

Several years ago, I began investing in real estate with the goal of creating long-term value and building something my family could be proud of. Along the way, I discovered a deeper calling — creating spaces where people gather, slow down, and make memories.

Northwest Arkansas, with its rolling hills, oak trees, and growing outdoor culture, felt like the perfect place.

What started as a small campground acquisition quickly turned into a full reimagining of what it could be. We completely renovated and rebranded the property, transforming it into what is now Rustic Ridge Retreat — a place designed intentionally for RV travelers, beautiful cabins, glamping guests, families, couples, and groups seeking a true escape.

A Family Project

While I may have led the acquisition and development, Rustic Ridge is very much a family endeavor.

My wife has been deeply involved in shaping the experience — from design choices and guest experience details to helping create the welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that makes Rustic Ridge feel different. Her eye for comfort and hospitality has influenced everything from the layout of our cabins and tents to the small touches guests notice when they arrive.

As parents ourselves, we’ve built Rustic Ridge with families in mind. We know what it’s like to want space for your kids to explore, but also a quiet place to unwind at night. We know how valuable it is to step away from screens and reconnect around a fire, a creek, or a sunrise.

That’s what Rustic Ridge is about.

More Than a Stay — An Escape

Our goal has never been to operate “just another campground.” We’re building something special here in the Ozarks — a place where:
