Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cancellation policy?


Guests who cancel before 72 hours prior to their arrival date at our RV park get a full refund. Holiday bookings are non-refundable.


 

When is check in and check out?


Our check in time is at 1:00pm for RV sites and 4:00pm for cabins and glamping tents. For all of our RV park accommodations, check out time is at 11:00am.

 


What should I do if I will be arriving to your RV park at night?


Guests who arrive to our RV park after the front office is closed (5pm) can complete self check-in using the late check-in box located next to the front door of the office. Find the package with your name and site/cabin/tent number. Inside you will find paperwork with keys (for cabins) and a map with directions to your site. Late arrival guests can pick up their wifi hot spot from the office in the morning.

 


Do you have RVs to rent for use at your RV park?


We recommend a local Camper and RV rental service: Sugar Bear Express RV. They have plenty of different options, fair pricing, and they can deliver your rental directly to Rustic Ridge!



Why are the rates higher for some days?


For some of the local festivals and holidays, we increase the rates due to high demand ("Bikes, Blues, and BBQ," "Dogwood Festival" etc.) If you have questions about the rates, please feel free to contact us at any time.


Are payments due in full?


Yes, we require payment up front for all reservations.



What are the clubhouse and arcade hours?


Our clubhouse and arcade are open from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily.

 


How do I pre-order merchandise/ campground items?


Rustic Ridge allows guests to pre-purchase items such as firewood, propane tank refills, s'mores kits, and more. Please call the office or order ahead using our online shop if you would like to have these available upon check-in and delivered to your RV site, cabin, or glamping tent. You can also purchase merchandise in the camp store at any time during your stay.



What RV park discounts are available?


Rustic Ridge proudly offers a credit equal to 10% of total booking amount to Good Sam Members, AAA Members, Active Military and Veterans, and First Responders. Verification required at office.



Do you have quiet hours?


Yes, Rustic Ridge asks guests to keep noises to a minimum from 10:00pm to 8:00am.


 

Do you have a pricing sheet or rates listed on your website?


Pricing varies from weekdays to weekends and holidays. Check out our rates here or input your dates on the online reservation form to find out your total.

 


What is the minimum night stay requirement?


There is no minimum night stay at our RV park, except for during holidays which require 2 nights minimum.


 

Do you have monthly and annual rates?

 

Rustic Ridge offers a limited number of monthly rates. Our maximum length of stay for most RV sites is 14 days. Please call the office at (479) 777-8897 to inquire about monthly and weekly rates.


 

Do you have spaces for sale at your RV park?

 

Rustic Ridge is a vacation retreat, so we don't offer spaces for sale.


 

What type of RV sites are available?

 

All of our RV sites are FHU (city water, 30/50 amp electricity, and sewer). We have back-in and pull through sites. Please call our front office at (479) 777-8897 if you have any questions or need additional information. The front office is open daily from 9am-5pm CST.



Is the water on the property city, well, or creek water?

 

Rustic Ridge has city water.


 

Does the free Wi-Fi have high speed internet?


Due to our location and lack of available providers, our wifi offers guests with a 50gb hotspot. Guests can request their wifi hotspot box upon check-in.



Do you have laundry facilities?

 

Yes, we have a laundry room available to guests located in the lodge. Our washers and dryers are coin operated, and so please bring your own quarters.


 

Do all of your RV park accommodations have grills, picnic tables, and fire pits?

 

The RV sites and cabins come equipped with private picnic tables. Although not all sites include private fire pits, all Rustic Ridge guests are welcome to use the community grilling station and community fire pit.


 

Do the glamping tents have electricity and water?

 

Yes, our glamping tents come with electricity and A/C & heat. A refreshing water dispenser and coffee station is provided.


 

Do the glamping tents have bathrooms?

 

Our glamping tents do not have private bathrooms, but all guests can use the community bathrooms and showers only a few steps away.


 

Do the cabins have cookware and toiletries?

 

Yes, our cabins come equipped with pots and pans, cookie sheets, coffee makers & filters, toasters, dish towels, paper towels, cooking and eating utensils, plates and bowls, glasses, and coffee mugs. You will need to bring your own food, spices, and any special cooking supplies you might need.


 

Why can’t I pick my site? Can I pay to pick my site?

 

In order to provide plenty of space for all of our RV park guests, we do not allow you to select a specific site number or pay for a specific site. If you have a specific area in mind or if you are traveling with others, please call us at (479) 777-8897 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


 

How do I reserve a specific site?

 

Rustic Ridge does not allow for RV guests to pick a specific site. However, if you have a specific site request, feel free to reach out by calling [yourphone], and we'll see if we are able to oblige.


 

Do you have firewood for sale?

 

Yes, feel free to purchase a bundle in our RV park store, open from 9am-5pm CST daily or make a purchase in our online store.


 

Can I bring my own grill to your RV park?

 

Yes, you can bring your own grill.


 

Am I allowed to bring a tent or pop-up camper?

 

We allow pop-up campers at RV sites. Unfortunately, tents are not allowed at Rustic Ridge.


 

Can I bring guests on site during my stay?

 

Yes, you may have guests visit Rustic Ridge during your stay. Just make sure they stop by the RV park’s front office to get a vehicle tag. Non-registered guests can access the community bathrooms, but our other facilities/ amenties are for registered guests only due to limited capacity.


 

Do you offer kayak, paddle boarding, mountain biking, fishing, and frisbee golf rentals?

 

We have partnered with Phat Tire for mountain and hybrid bike rentals, and we will be offering more rentals soon!


 

Can I rent kayaks and other equipment if I’m not a guest at the RV resort?

 

You can rent bikes from Phat Tire, but you must be a guest staying at Rustic Ridge to rent equipment from our on-site rental office.


 

Are bed linens and towels included at Rustic Ridge?

 

We provide fresh linens and towels in each of our 6 cabins and 3 glamping tents.


 

Is your RV park pet friendly? Are any breeds restricted?

 

Yes, we are pet friendly, but pets are only allowed at the RV sites for free and in the larger cabins for a fee (the White River, Black River, and Wilderness cabins). We even offer a fenced bark park to let your furry friends roam off-leash! Please read over our Pet Policy for fees, breed restrictions, and other pet guidelines.


 

Is there a propane refilling station?

 

No, but you can order a new propane tank or a propane tank refill in the office or through our online store.


 

Is there an RV age restriction?

 

If your rig is older than 15 years old, please contact us directly at [yourphone] to provide details and visuals of your rig. Rustic Ridge loves airstreams, vintage, and refurbished rigs!


 

Do you have a dump station? 

 

All of our RV sites have a sewer for dumping. 


 

Is there RV storage available on site?

 

No, we do not offer RV storage.


 

What cell service works well here?

 

Signals can be intermittent, but overall AT&T, Verizon, and T-mobile all work here. We are unsure what signal other carriers have. Our FREE WIFI is available for all guests to use.


 

Is there public transportation nearby?

 

We highly recommend bringing or renting a car if you plan to travel around Northwest Arkansas. You can rent a taxi/ Uber/ Lyft if needed, but it’s advisable to schedule one ahead of time.
